Project Description

I served as the lead project manager for Jovie’s corporate and franchise social media presence. Each month, I partnered with internal and external creative teams to develop and write content calendars that aligned with brand tone and campaign goals.

Using insights from past performance, I guided initial content concepts and refined post copy to ensure consistency, clarity, and visual alignment with brand guidelines. For corporate channels, I scheduled and monitored posts through Hootsuite. For franchise partners, I delivered ready-to-publish content calendars and graphics via email and Canva folders.
